Looking back at all of those bridal shows on TV, I come to realize that it's really not easy for a wedding couple to choose their menu for their big day. On TV, they get to taste these fabulous little hors d'ouevres, delicious cake bites as well as extraordinaire main dishes.. it's not hard to make a choice here because everything tastes delicious and everybody will love it.
But what does the bride next door do?
2011 definitely ended with a desire to eat organic produce from the local caterer. Regular chicken dishes were spiced up with not so "regular" side dishes and cupcakes became more popular than ever. Portions overall got smaller.

Today, I would like to share with you a few ideas on how to personalize your wedding and give your guests a wedding experience they haven't had before. Yes, this is your day and it should be amazing but I believe it is also important to involve your guests and surprise them.

Do you remember the days when you went to a wedding and you would find these little disposable cameras at your table? What did you do with them? Usually, it took until the end of the event until one person would get up from the table and actually use them, right? And afterwards? How often did some of those cameras get lost?
A lot of brides and grooms believe it is more economical to just place some cameras on the table and get more photos taken on their special day. But truth is.. the $-amount you end up spending for the cameras and pictures is quite high. Take a look at my calculation:
